Filter not remaining in setings
Hello, The filtering of cases is quite usefull but would it be possible to keep it in memory per user id? Every time we log out / log back in we have to re-do them. Thanks

Can you please include the REGION in emails sent to clients (eg Prod/Uat/Test/Dev)
After logging a case (which includes the REGION eg Prod/Uat/Test/Dev) Can you please include this REGEGION in the Email this improves our usability of the email thanks

Search Using KB Article ID
I have the reference to KB article ID handy . But I don't see an option for searching with article ID directly. Also the Generic Knowledge Base search tab not returning the exact article while searching with Article ID.
