Support Center - Wow! Big Big Big Improvement... But here are a couple ideas to improve usability!

Filtering on cases is not adequate, we have +/- 750 cases. Would be nice to be able to build a complex filter like "Not Closed" so show Open, Escalated, Awaiting Info... No way to change the title once the case is created. A typo will stick foreve...

Provide exact date/time on history
