Organize Release Notes so that they can be searched a variety of ways

Duplicate reference under separate titles

I searched on "Release Notes", then filtered my search to v2015. I was presented with a number of "topics" but noted that there seemed to be duplicates. For example the topics all essentially bring you to the same place... Eagle Release Notes V201...
