Provide exact date/time on history

Enhancements to Company Admin

It would be nice to be allowed to update the URL section for our environment. Maybe one URL for Eagle to use and one for the client. It would also be good if we could set the nickname for each environment so that it could be a client friendly name...

filter selection drop down scroll not working on your ticket system

In user admin module, 1) There is no option to duplicate new user to model with existing user. 2) There is no delete option to delete/remove the user from the list 3) There is no export option to generate the report in user admin module

In Cases/Requests, the Clear Filters button on the Filters panel should automatically apply (the clear) and hide the panel

About 10 times a day, I click "Clear Filters", then close the panel with the "x" and my view is still filtered. It's just counter-intuitive! THANKS

Client Portal User Rights

There should be option in user administration to create the user who can only access the knowledge base area. This will help to reduce the general queries from end users who are not allowed to raise the IQs on system
