Add status to status tracker icon

It would be useful to see the status of a case at a glance from the screen that shows the full list of cases. There is a status tracker button. Why not replace the button icon for each case with an image that represents the current status? Then I can see at a glance what cases are awaiting my feedback, which are closed and which are with Eagle. I think there is a text field for this, but a coloured icon with the textual status beneath would be an improvement.

    Thank you for your feedback! If I understand the enhancement, you would like each “State” to have a corresponding icon visualization. I will flag this as a future consideration. As you mentioned, there is a Column labeled “State” that can be used to sort and filter your data as well.

    By way of background, the Status Tracker does include the current state, but the primary objective was to review the case history at a glance.
