Groups can be created to deliver notifications to employees at your organization that do not have access to the Client Portal. You can include either individual email addresses or distribution list addresses from your organization’s email address book. Groups can be thought of as the CC: for ticket updates, also referred to as a Watch List.
- Click on your name, found in the upper right section of the Home Page
- Select Company Admin
- Click on the blue CREATE button and select Group
- Enter in your specific group name and the email address you want notifications sent to. The email address can either be one individual, or a group email address. Select the type of notifications the group should receive.
