Is there anyway we could see the old website issues and resolution KB Articles

Answer:

You will not have access to the old website but the content was migrated to the new.  Legacy articles are grouped together under each Product and Service.

As we transition to our new method of capturing and sharing knowledge, we have made our legacy content available to you within the same search.  If you happen have a favorite article and know the legacy KB number you can search for that. Alternatively you can search the terms you normally would and it will return.  Please be sure to mark it as helpful as they will be retired in the coming months.  We want to be sure we transition the articles that are most helpful to you.
