Enhancements to my cases section

It would be nice if the filters would allow you to select more than one state (ie open, new, etc) at a time.  It would also be useful to search for a case based on the ID.

 

When filing a new case it should allow you to select multiple environments that are affected. 

 

In our list of environments the value "MMF DEV V2015" shows up multiple times.  If these are different environments then we need to know which ones they are.

    We are actively working on improved filtering for Case and Request views that include but are not limited to the below items.

    - Complex filtering on “State”

    - Items Submitted by a “Specific User/Me”

    - Case Number Search

    - Sorting

    We recognize this as an opportunity to improve the usability of the support center.

    I would add the fact that if you sort by Update Date from most recent to older, this is not saved on your account.  The next time you are logging in, the sort is back to default.
