It would be nice to be allowed to update the URL section for our environment. Maybe one URL for Eagle to use and one for the client.
It would also be good if we could set the nickname for each environment so that it could be a client friendly name

It looks like the nickname is editable. However on some of our environments when we update one it appears to apply to another instead of the one we have selected to edit.
We have just launched our August Release which includes the ability to update the Nickname field.
This allows our clients to differentiate their regions by making use of a Nickname field. This is a phase 1 approach to allow the client to update the field.
The real benefit will be the next release targeted for September which will allow our clients to select the Nickname Field (optionally) to be brought into their Client Portal Case and Request views. Today, we only offer a default view which clients cannot customize. The next release will allow for that.
Our development team is currently working on the ability to edit the nickname field.

The URL is a field that cannot be modified as it is part our environment configuration and is set programmatically within the client portal for Eagle ACCESS clients. However, I believe the intent is to provide a way for your regions to have a User Defined nomenclature. We are currently evaluating the ability to make the “Nickname” field and editable field, which should satisfy this need.
