Thank you for including screen shots. From the attached Word doc it appears you are performing the search correctly. We are currently researching possible issues being caused by the browser that is launched from the Eagle Product link. As a short term work around, please try opening a new browser window, independent of the Eagle software console (preferably Chrome if available) and access the client portal with the following URL https://xpclientportal.eagleinvsys.com. You should be able to locate the videos through the search described in your attachment.
