Editing First Name and Last Name

I am the Administrator for my company.  When creating users, I've made a mistake in the Last Name of my colleague.  When I click on Edit, these 2 fields are grey and cannot be changes.  Why is this the case and how can I get it corrected?


Answer:

For security reasons, the first name, last name and email address fields are locked after the initial setup.   Please email or contact your COM with the changes that need to be made and our engineers will be glad to make the change for you.
