Timout issue

System allows you to fill in case information even after it has timed you out of the system.  It is not until you hit the save button that you are informed that you had been timed-out.  Result is wasted time and frustration.

Other than that, so far this is galaxies better than the old IQ system.

    i recently reached out to the user that had reported this issue and curious if other users experience the same issue. I believe the user is indicating that after an idle period of using the portal, they come back, attempt to create a ticket informed their session has timed out only after hitting submit or save.
