Generic Login access

I would be great if we have an option of generic logins(similar to https://www.helpdocsonline.com/login). We have a support team of 20+ users and we do not want maintain the user creation/deletion when a new user joins or leaves. This will reduce our admin work.

    One of Eagle’s principals was to remove group log ins to avoid security concerns.  If an employee leaves an organization, they would still have access to the Client Portal Site and knowing your group username and password would allow them to continue to gain access if they were inclined to do so.  We designed the portal with that in mind and requiring individual log in credentials eliminates those types of security concerns.
