Want ability to update all user entered fields on a case or request

Examples:

I am not able to update the priority on a request.
I am not able to update the environment on a case or a request.

    The request tickets are all set to moderate.  When selecting first available, the request would be released to the team’s queue and executed.  The requests are handled based on a first in first out method, so the priority level is locked.

    The Environment is to be set at the time of ticket creation and is locked fields.  Requests can be cancelled through the client portal and a new ticket opened.  This is to avoid any confusion while a ticket is in flight.
