When Eagle is requesting information from us a email is generated. The link to vew that specific case does not work. It just takes you to the home page.
We have just launched our August release which includes this feature. You can now select the link and be brought directly to the ticket details.
You will also notice that Resolved Cases can now be Closed from the Client Portal or Reopened by the user. This removes the back and forth of asking for the ticket to be closed.
This is by design. We will bring you to the client portal page, but it does not authenticate your log in. You must provide your credentials to gain access to the portal.
