This has been mentioned in the past to our TOM, but figured I’d inquire to see if there’s any plans on addressing it.
The client request portal has this quirk where if you don’t upload an attachment, you’re not able to Create or Cancel a Request. (e.g. Other Request or Database Refresh Request)
I’ve been attaching a fake file (with dummy contents) as a workaround. I know others have run into this as well (and get confused on what to do)
Is this something planned to be addressed in a future portal release?
