Clear Filters button does not clear filters on a search

When using filters and using the Clear Filters button, you must also hit the “Apply” button at the bottom of the filter view. The current functionality clears all filtered criteria inside the filter view but does not automatically apply it to the data set until the “Apply” is selected.
