When submitting a database migration request (Stored Procedures, Update Scripts, etc...), if you are going through TEST and then PROD, it would be nice to have the ability to log the request in TEST and once it's completed to use the same request to promote to PROD. Right now, we're copying from the original request into Notepad, back into a new request. I don't care whether the system generates a new case number or keeps the same one, as long as I don't have to recreate the request!
Again, I REALLY REALLY like this new Portal! Great work so far!

• Migration requests in a "Closed Complete" status can be cloned to make the request process easier. Simply hover over the RITM number and select the clone icon.
It's important to note, the associated attachments will still need to be attached as part of the new request, but all other request entries and elections are automatically copied to the new request ticket.
