I have the reference to KB article ID handy . But I don't see an option for searching with article ID directly. Also the Generic Knowledge Base search tab not returning the exact article while searching with Article ID.
I agree. I have multiple KB articles handy but when I type them, I'm not even getting results close to the subject I'm looking for. Is it possible to have a separate category for KB articles? Right now, I don't think it's even working. I have used the Eagle KB before the portal and it was far more a better experience than the present version in terms of searching for KB articles.
