Can you please include the REGION in emails sent to clients (eg Prod/Uat/Test/Dev)

After logging a case (which includes the REGION  eg Prod/Uat/Test/Dev)

Can you please include this REGEGION in the Email

this improves our usability of the email

    The emails include the environment information in the section called Case Details.  You can see a label called Environment which includes the information you would like to see.
