Add Filtering on Comments

I opened a ticket this morning about an FTP error and mentioned that this had happened before. Surely, the KT called my bluff and asked for the case number. I distinctly remember a couple keywords in the comments I logged on that case, but not being able to filter / search through the comments, I filtered on the Closed cases and scanned all of them for the last 6 months until I recognized the case. Filtering on words in the comments would have been most helpful this morning!!!
