When looking at the log for a case we see "an hour ago", "3 days ago" instead of actual date/time. This is nice to see but when there are a lot of updates it can be a bit confusing. Could you either switch to a proper date AND TIME format or simply add the date/time to the "cute" date stamp? Thanks!
This enhancement has been released as part of our June 4, 2019 Mississippi release. The actual data and timestamp is now available for case and request tickets. Please also note that we as part of the release our client portal administrators can now create custom roles.
