Information in Contact Menu

When I go to the Contact Menu, I only see the information for after hours support.

Can we have in there all the contact informations (name, type of support, phone number and email address) for our company?  I know that I can see the name of our Rep, TOM and COM in the Company Admin page but no détails and no other means to reach Eagle for support.  Ex: we have 2 group emails address like:  EATeam_xxx@eagleaccess.com and Team_xxx@eagleaccess.com and I do not know in which case I should put one or the other.

This will be a great add to the Client Portal.
