Could it be possible to have a date and time stamp and the User Name for any documents that are attached to a case or a request?
When many documents are in the case, it is difficult to remember the ones that were attached by the client and the ones that were attached by Eagle. The Date and Time will also help us to open the right document when it is referred in the case update.
This feature was added to Production today as part of our (Zambezi) release.
Thanks for your feedback! The upcoming release (Zambezi) scheduled for October 22, 2019 will include "attachments" Date/Time/Update User Stamp for Cases and Requests. The attachments will be sorted from newest to oldest.
