Sorting in Cases

Is the new 'Sort' button in anticipation of being able to sort with multiple columns? If it is just for a single selection, it was actually easier to click on the column headers to sort. is it possible to get that capability back?

    Unfortunately, this is something that we needed to move as part of our Pagination Enhancement. We wanted to ensure that the Case and Request Data Fetch process would not slow down over time as clients data set grows. So, we proactively changed the way the data is retrieved to prevent future degradation.
