Ability to add screen shot in Descriptions or updates

Instead of always have to put screen shots in a document and attach it to the case or send an email with the screen shots, can it be possible to directly copy a screen shot in Descriptions and Comments?

Team, my client is asking if they have the ability to re-assign case from user A to user B? As user A has left the company and they can't re-assign to another user. I have checked in internal Client Portal demo region and confirmed that we can't re-assign case from User A to User B. Only in Service Now, then we can do that. So, I have helped client to re-assigned.

Impacting client especially on staff who left the organization but cases still assigned under their name.

Organize Release Notes so that they can be searched a variety of ways

Duplicate reference under separate titles

I searched on "Release Notes", then filtered my search to v2015. I was presented with a number of "topics" but noted that there seemed to be duplicates. For example the topics all essentially bring you to the same place... Eagle Release Notes V201...
